1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £18,000 - £26,000 per annum
Location: Crawley, Hybrid Remote working. 2 days office 3 days remote.
1st Line support engineer required for an expanding MSP near the Crawley area.
Working within a fast paced environment you will proactively manage and troubleshoot issues for the end customers.

Excellent opportunities for growth including being mentored by seniors to develop skills necessary to progress from 1st line through to a 2nd line support engineer.
Day to Day responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering 1st line IT support services to the customer base while escalating issues requiring more senior resource to a suitable engineer.

Troubleshooting a range of technical issues experienced by clients, including the following technologies: Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Printers/Scanners, Various customer applications.

Basic administration of Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, 2019

Network troubleshooting

Using PSA platform to log and respond to support tickets

Identifying and escalating higher level issues to a senior engineer

Being a people person, delivering support with a friendly and positive manner
